Description:
Connor is young, creative, in love with his fantasy films and has a
huge problem: he lives in the deepest provincial hole of Newfoundland
alone with his stupid father. Every
now and then he makes his best friend, Gemma, and tries to cope with a
traumatic experience from his childhood, which always reminds him that
in this city it can be dangerous to live openly gay. By the way, the sensitive teenager is working in a hardware store,
where he meets the rebellious and daring attractive savage, who prefers
to smuggle Joints as screws.
The closing film '' Closet Monster '' is lovingly and excitingly presented by Connors Coming Out, accompanied by a breathtakingly cool soundtrack, always blurring the boundaries between fantasy and reality.
A guest appearance by Isabella Rosselini surprises here just as much as the eerily beautiful pictures, which make us hope for a happy ending for Connor until the end. Exceptional and imaginative - an unforgettable and visually pleasent sight.
